You are hereby summoned to attend the ANNUAL meeting of the Council which will be held in the Village Hall on MONDAY 18 MAY 2026 after the annual parish meeting. It is expected the meeting will commence at approximately 7.15pm. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.

6. Declaration of interests and requests for dispensations - To receive declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider granting dispensation(s), as per written requests received by the proper officer, to councillors under section 22 of the Act

c) To Execute Certificate of Exemption 2025 – 2026
To consider if the Parish Council is exempt from a Limited Assurance Review.
To resolve to declare that the Parish council is exempt from A Limited Review.
d) To Execute review of effectiveness of internal audit 2025 – 2026
e) To Execute Annual Governance Statement 2025 – 2026
To carry out a review of the effectiveness of the system of internal control and prepare the Annual Governance Statement.
To consider the findings of the and approve the Annual Governance Statement by resolution
To Approve the statement explaining why the parish council has not met Assertation 10.
f) To Approve Accounting Statements 2025 – 2026
To consider the Accounting Statements by the members meeting as a whole;
To approve the Accounting Statements by resolution;
