Agenda.
1. Apologies. To receive and accept apologies for absence given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of interest. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011. In addition, any private or personal non-pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).
3. Minutes. To approve the minutes of the meeting held 9.3.2020 (copy attached)
4. Public Forum. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 5 minutes of public forum.
5. To ratify resolutions made since 9.3.20. To ratify resolutions made.
6. Proper Officer’s Report and correspondence. Distributed prior to the meeting.

9, Planning applications. To consider any planning applications and to note any approved since last meeting.:
i. Application reference no: 140560. Land at Catskin Lane Walesby. Outline planning application for 1 dwelling. Parish Council to ratify the amended comments submitted to the planning office.
ii. Planning Application Number: 140707. Sunnyside Up Farm Shop, Poplar Farm, Tealby Road, Walesby, Market Rasen, Lincolnshire, LN8 3UL. Planning application for change of use of land for siting of caravans (lodges) and proposed recreation pond with 20 fishing pegs, to include site levelling using excavated material. Parish Council to ratify comments agreed by email.
