You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Council on MONDAY 11 July 2022 commencing at 7.30 pm in the Village Hall.
 
The meeting is open to the public and during the meeting there will be a 5-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions.

1. Apologies. To receive and accept apologies for absence given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
 
2. Declarations of interest. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011. In addition, any private or personal non-pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).
 
3.Minutes. To approve the minutes of the meeting held 9.5.2022 (copy attached)
 
4.Public Forum. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 5 minutes of public forum.
 
5. Proper Officer’s Report and correspondence. Distributed prior to the meeting.
 
6. To agree to follow the new Code of Conduct for Councillors

7. Replacement of Neighbourhood Watch sign
To agree to reimburse the cost of Neighbourhood Watch sign.
