You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Council which will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 18th November commencing at 7.30 pm.
The meeting is open to the public and during the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

Agenda.
1. Apologies. To receive and accept apologies for absence given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of interest. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011. In addition, any private or personal non-pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).
3. Minutes.
To approve the minutes of the meeting held 17 September 2018 (copy attached)
4. Public Forum. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
5. Appointments of Proper Officer and Responsible Financial Officer
6. Grass-Cutting:
To consider adopting the BSE&ENorth grass-cutting grant-aided scheme. (copy circulated to all 9/10/18)
7. Donations and Grants.
To consider an application for a grant from Mrs P Townsend for refreshments for 2019 Village Litter Pick.
8. Proper Officer’s Report and correspondence.
9. Highways.
a)To consider whether the PC should join the Self Help Winter Maintenance Scheme
b) To consider general highways matters – drains etc.
10. Broadband. To receive an update of the proposed upgrade.
11. Glebe Land between Otby Lane and Walesby Hill. To receive any updates.
12. Enforcement 15052018 – trackway between Otby Lane and Walesby Hill. To receive any updates.
13. Footpaths. To receive any updates.
14. Finance:
a) To approve 2019/20 budget and precept request.
b) To ratify payments made between meetings
