Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Council which will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 14 January 2019 commencing at 7.30 pm.
The meeting is open to the public and during the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

1. Apologies. To receive and accept apologies for absence given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of interest. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011. In addition, any private or personal non-pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).
3. Minutes.
To approve the minutes of the meeting held 12 November 2018 (copy attached)
4. Public Forum. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
5. Proper Officer’s Report and correspondence.
6. Parish Clerk vacancy To update actions and share ideas.
7. Broadband. To receive report from village survey data.
8. Access to Glebe land To report from meeting.
9. Appointment of Internal Auditor To consider further action.
10. Date Change of Annual meeting To agree new date.
11. Highways.
a) To report from LRSP meeting of 20 November
b) To update winter salt delivery
c) To update broken salt bin on Walesby Hill
d) To consider general highways matters, including flooding
12. Footpaths. To receive any updates.
13. Finance:
a) To ratify payments made between meetings
