You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Council which will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 11th March 2019 commencing at 7.30 pm.
The meeting is open to the public and during the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

1. Apologies. To receive and accept apologies for absence given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of interest. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011. In addition, any private or personal non-pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).
3. Minutes. To approve the minutes of the meeting held 14.1.2019 (copy attached)
4. Public Forum. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
5. Proper Officer’s Report and correspondence.
6. Parish Clerk vacancy. To update actions and share ideas.
7. Broadband. To update information received.
8. Access to Ex - Glebe land. To report from evidence collection within village and share feedback from LCC and Ramblers.
9. Update of Village leaflet. To consider amendments and revisions
10. Highways.
a) To report feedback from Robin Gill (Highways Officer)
b) To update broken salt bin on Rasen Road
c) To consider general highways matters, including flooding
11. Footpaths. To receive any updates, including BOAT
12. Finance.
a) To agree increase of litter pick grant to £60.70
b) To ratify payments made between meetings

14. Forward dates of PC meetings To agree suggested dates of 8th July 2019, 9th September, 11th November, 13th January 2020, 9th March and 11th May
