Dear Councillor,
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Council which will be held in the Village Hall on Monday 17th September 2018 commencing at 7.30 pm.
The meeting is open to the public and during the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

Agenda.
1. Apologies. To receive and accept apologies for absence given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. Declarations of interest. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011. In addition, any private or personal non-pecuniary interest in a matter to be considered at this meeting should also be declared (unless it is insignificant or one which is shared with other members of the public generally as a Council Tax payer or an inhabitant of the area).
3. Minutes.
a. To approve the minutes of the meeting held 25 June 2018 (copy attached)
b. To approve minutes of the Extra-Ordinary meeting held 19 July 2018 (copy attached)
4. Vacancies.To take nominations and votes for co-option to the existing Councillor vacancies.
5. Public Forum. To resolve to suspend the meeting to allow no more than 15 minutes of public forum.
6. Donations and Grants.
a. To consider an application from Friends of the Old church, Walesby, for £400pa for the next 5 years. (copy attached)
b. To consider an application from St Mary’s and All Saints PCC. For £500. (copy attached)
7. Clerk’s Report and correspondence. (copy to follow)
8. Broadband. To receive an update of the proposed upgrade.
9. Glebe Land between Otby Lane and Walesby Hill. To receive any updates.
10. Enforcement 15052018 – trackway between Otby Lane and Walesby Hill. To receive any updates.
11. Highways. To receive any updates.

14. Finance: To approve accounts for payment.
